Staff of Ruling (Quests From the Infinite Staircase)

My first ever piece for DnD! A magic item for version of the adventure "Pharaoh" from Quests from the Infinite Staircase. I had such a great time working on this one and I'm extremely thankful to my AD, Emi Tanji, for giving me this opportunity and thankfully many more!
